Wizards are the immortals that keep Fatal Dimensions running.
The level of a wizard is 92-100
There are a few levels of them.
Level 92:     Guest   (do not have jobs and don't have to report to the council)
Level 93:     Beginning immortal
Level 94-98:  Normal immortal
Level 99-100: Council members

The wizlist gives a list of all active immortals on Fatal Dimensions.
