You have the option to add the four Preconstructed decks to your database. Install the Timeshifted set before this one in order to be able to use the precons.
The timeshifted cards from Time Spiral are also available: Time Spiral (Timeshifted). Preconstructed decks need this set.
Installation
Just run the downloaded file and select the database you want to update.
